Competitive Sourcing (A-76)

Nortel Government Solutions is experienced in all phases of the conduct of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) A-76 Competitive Sourcing. We work hand-in-hand with the client agency's personnel to successfully perform a Commercial Activities Competition under the OMB Circular A-76. Nortel Government Solutions also provides support and management for streamlined and standard competitions, including procurement planning, organizational analysis and development of the Most Efficient Organization (MEO), preparation of the Government Tender, solicitation preparation, source selection support, appeals process support, conduct of the independent review, performance measurement, and training for government teams in all areas.
